Mr. Van Wormer has over 30 years of extensive experience in leading global revenue growth for a wide variety of businesses including third party logistics and transportation. Prior to joining evTS, Mr. Philip B. Van Wormer served as Vice President of Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of TotalTrax, Inc., responsible for sales, marketing and business development. Prior to TotalTrax, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of LaneScan, LLC, a private equity backed, safety technology company focused on over-the-road transportation fleets. Prior to LaneScan, he was Senior Vice President at APL Logistics with responsibility for global sales, marketing and supply chain engineering. During his tenure, APLL also acquired and integrated GATX Logistics which was the #2 provider of warehouse logistics services in North America. Prior to APLL, Mr. Van Wormer served as the Senior Vice President of global marketing at GE Capital’s Transport International Pool (TIP). At TIP, he initiated the launch of several new services including GPS trailer tracking and was recognized corporately for his innovative sales and marketing programs to more effectively sell TIP’s solutions to C-level executives. Prior to TIP, he held various senior manager roles at DuPont with such well-known brands as TEFLON and CORIAN. During his career he has also been involved in a number of entrepreneurial endeavors including wireless telecommunications and off-grid solar systems. Mr. Van Wormer holds a Chemical Engineering degree from Tufts University.

Mr. Marcucci was the VP of Research and Development for eFleets (formerly known as Good Earth). He assembled and led the team that designed, produced, and supported the FireFly ESV. He has also worked as a consultant on a number of other projects related to EV powertrain and traction battery design and testing for several different EV manufacturers. Prior to his work in the automotive field, he managed the worldwide lab operations for Littelfuse, Inc., responsible for circuit protection device characterization and customer applications testing at multiple global facilities. Mr. Marcucci began his career working in electrical hardware design for the telecommunications company Reltec Corp., a division of Marconi Communications. Throughout his career, he has coordinated engineering activities with sales, marketing, and production for each of the companies with which he has worked. Mr. Marcucci has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.

Mr. Bench has nearly twenty years of experience in the financial markets as an investment banker, research analyst, CFO and financial advisor. He is President of The DBC Group Corp., a financial advisory and consultancy company based in midtown Manhattan. Since 2002, the Company has been assisting both public and private global corporations with cash flow management, operational performance, strategic growth planning, capital structure, as well as budgeting and expense control. The company utilizes in depth qualitative and quantitative analysis acting in an advisory role to many of these businesses Additionally, The DBC Group acts as a liaison for investment purposes between Investment Banks, Private Equity Firms, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital firms, and the corporations it may represent.
Mr. Bench also works on an outsourced basis as Chief Financial Officer for ELLKAY LLC, a Healthcare Information Technology Company based in New Jersey and as a Senior Investment Banker for Tripoint Global Equities based in midtown New York City. He was previously a Vice President of Institutional Equity Research at Arnhold and S. Bleichroeder in New York and in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group within the Investment Banking division of Lazard Fréres L.L.C. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University and his Master’s degree in Finance from the International Business School at Brandeis University. Mr. Bench holds Series 7, 63, 79, 86, and 87 securities licenses.

Mr. Beuret began his career on Wall Street in 1969 with EF Hutton & Co. (New York, Boston and New Orleans), where he served in several sales management and senior management roles. In 1977, Mr. Beuret became Regional Vice President and a limited partner in Oppenheimer & Co. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where his responsibilities included the creation of several retail offices as well as initiating investment opportunities for partners of the firm.
In 1980, Mr. Beuret became Senior Vice President for Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (“DLJ”) in New York with responsibility for domestic and foreign offices of the firm. Throughout the period of 1975 to 1983, Mr. Beuret also started several entrepreneurial ventures including financial services firms and the Art Deco Hotels in Miami Beach, Florida. Since 1983, Mr. Beuret has focused on micro-cap investing generally with his own brokerage firms and has served in senior management positions for such firms as AG Edwards and First Albany. Mr. Beuret was affiliated with CP Baker & Co from 2003 – 2008 and continued his focus on venture and micro-cap investment opportunities for the Anasazi Funds.
Mr. Beuret is a graduate of Cornell University and received his MBA from the Wharton
School, University of Pennsylvania.
